Our Story
Versailles Home Fashions Inc. is a privately owned family business founded and operated by Mr Robert Gibbons since 1987. Originally established in the east end of Montreal. Versailles went from working in a 50,000sqft facility to now operating out of a 350,000sqft facility. The decision to uproot was prompted by Versailles’ growing customer base within Canada, USA and in international markets.
From modest beginnings, we believe Versailles has reached its current successes by following an important philosophy: Quality, integrity and listening to our customers' needs.
The new location is where we successfully facilitate any and all of our customers needs; from wholesale to drop shipping.
This is also where Versailles permanent showrooms are maintained (Baie d'Urfe, on the west side of Montreal.)
How We Do it
Versailles has invested heavily in the latest computer technology, such as EDI, to allow for paperless business. This modernization has allowed this company to collaborate with its clients to process their transactions effectively and efficiently.
Many of Canada's largest retailers, plus specialty and independent stocking retailers, home centers, and distributors are included in our customer base. In the United States, Versailles services major retail chains, independent retailers, catalogues and dot-coms.
Versailles presents a unique and innovative series of styles in exciting packaging; all this at competitive prices! Retailers who consider a very high in-stock percentage with just-in-time delivery to be of primary importance to them will strongly appreciate working with Versailles
